Digital Services

All services provided by Instant Famous are digital services. We do not sell physical products under this Refund Policy.

Because our services are digital and may begin shortly after payment, cancellation and refund rights depend on whether the order has already entered processing, has been partially delivered, or has been fully completed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if processing has not yet started.

Once an order has been submitted, entered processing, or delivery has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible at sale@instant-famous.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation where the service has already started or where resources have already been allocated to the order.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • the ordered service cannot be delivered;
  • the order has not started and cancellation is approved by us;
  • the order is only partially delivered and we are unable to complete the remaining balance;
  • a duplicate payment was made by mistake;
  • a technical issue on our side prevents us from fulfilling the order.

Where a service has been partially delivered, any refund will normally be calculated only for the undelivered part of the order.

For example, if 70% of an order has already been delivered and we are unable to complete the remaining 30%, any refund would normally apply only to the undelivered 30%.

Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • the ordered service has been fully delivered;
  • the customer provided an incorrect, broken, private, restricted, changed, or unavailable URL, username, profile, page, post, video, channel, track, or account;
  • the customer changed the username, deleted the content, changed account settings, made the account private, restricted access, or otherwise interfered with delivery;
  • the content, profile, page, post, video, channel, track, or account was removed, restricted, suspended, deleted, or penalized by the platform;
  • the content violates the terms, policies, copyright rules, trademark rules, community guidelines, or other requirements of the relevant platform;
  • delivered views, followers, likes, subscribers, plays, comments, shares, traffic, or other metrics later decrease due to platform audits, updates, removals, account activity, algorithm changes, or other platform actions;
  • the customer purchased the wrong service or changed their mind after the order entered processing;
  • the customer ordered services for resale and their own customer later requests a cancellation or refund;
  • the customer expected results that were not expressly guaranteed by Instant Famous, including sales, revenue, monetization, ranking, viral exposure, fame, account approval, or long-term platform retention.

Service Completion

A service is considered completed when the ordered quantity or campaign has been delivered to the URL, profile, page, post, video, channel, track, account, or destination provided by the customer.

For promotional or campaign-based services, the service is considered completed when the campaign has been launched, executed, or delivered according to the service description, even if the final performance depends on third-party platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, or platform conditions.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the service ordered, order size, platform conditions, account status, technical limitations, security reviews, public availability of the provided link, or other factors outside our control.

A delay alone does not automatically create a right to a full refund if the order is already processing or partially delivered. However, if we are unable to complete an order, we may offer a partial refund, replacement service, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Refills, Drops, and Platform Changes

Some services may include a refill, replacement, or retention period where stated on the specific service page.

If a refill guarantee is displayed on the service page, the refill terms shown for that service will apply.

If no refill guarantee is displayed, we do not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, views, plays, subscribers, comments, shares, or other engagement metrics.

Social media platforms may remove, adjust, audit, delay, or reduce metrics at any time. These actions are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund after successful delivery.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate order information.

Before placing an order, the customer must make sure that:

  • the URL, username, profile, page, post, video, track, channel, or account is correct;
  • the content is public and accessible;
  • the account or content does not violate platform rules;
  • the selected service matches the customer’s needs;
  • the customer has the right to promote the content or account provided.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect customer information, private accounts, deleted content, restricted content, platform penalties, or customer-side changes.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

By placing an order with Instant Famous, you expressly request that we begin providing the purchased digital service immediately after payment.

You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

If you exercise a valid withdrawal right before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay for the part of the service that has already been provided before your withdrawal request was received.

This section does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Business Customers

If you purchase services for business, agency, professional, commercial, resale, promotional, influencer, artist, brand, or marketing purposes, you confirm that the purchase is made for commercial purposes.

Business customers may not have the same withdrawal rights as consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Instant Famous first before opening a chargeback, PayPal dispute, bank dispute, or payment processor claim.

If a payment dispute is opened after a service has been delivered, partially delivered, or properly processed, we reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including order details, delivery records, service logs, customer communications, IP information, checkout details, and proof of digital delivery.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
